rootflow Coaching & Yoga receives your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this information to us yourself via the website, our social media or via telephone/ e-mail. we might also find this information via freely accessible data resources such as the KvK register or other resources (such as social media).

3. FOR WHAT PURPOSE AND ON WHAT BASIS DO WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA

rootflow Coaching & Yoga only processes your personal data if it's allowed and under the terms of the AVG and the UAVG and for the following purposes:

Contact
You contacted us, via the contact form, via telephone, e-mail, whatsapp or social media, then we got your personal information. We use these to be able to react to your message to us. We will keep these data for max. 5 years, in order to be able to service you in the best possible way.

Offers
If you're asking for an offer, your business and personal information will be used to be able to make a proper offer. We keep this information up to 8 years, to comply with the administrative laws. 

Contracts / agreements
In case you chose to work with rootflow Coaching & Yoga we will use the personal data needed to be able to set up a contract and all information connected to the contract during the contractual period. We use this data as long as needed to provide the service and as long as asked by the administrative laws.

Billing information
Once a contract has been made we will use your personal information in order to be able to send you a proper invoice. When you pay your services it might also be possible that we see your payment information such as your bank account number and account owner. We keep offers, contract and billing information for 8 years.


4. SHARING PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

rootflow Coaching & Yoga does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

If you work with rootflow Coaching & Yoga, you might also be using Microsoft Teams, Conceptboard and google calender to meet online, colaborate and make appointments. These service providers have their own Privacy Policies and are used at your own descretion.



5. VIEW, MODIFY OR DELETE DATA

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by rootflow Coaching & Yoga.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data via the Contact form. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, latest within 4 weeks.

Do you have complaints about how we handle your personal data? You have the right to submit your complaints to the Personal Data Authority.
