1 on 1 Coaching - online

In individual coaching, you can work on your specific topic with personal guidance. I provide the space and support you with my expertise and suggestions so that you can find the right solution for your matter. We follow the approach of systemic coaching, whereby we work in a solution- and resource-orientated way. Coaching sessions are an opportunity to work on a specific issue in a short (3 - 6 sessions) time frame. In a first introductory meeting, I will be happy to get to know you and tell you more about the possibilities, process and scope.

 

1 on 1 Coaching & Yoga - online

As an enrichment to coaching, we can also plan yoga sessions tailored to your needs. The aim here is particularly to get out of your head and back into your body.


Coaching Workshops

Discover a coaching topic together in a group and work on your topics in collaboration with others.

Yoga Group - online

In the yoga group session we practise online Vinyasa Flow Yoga together in a group with a focus on grounding and flow. Each month there is a theme to which we dedicate our practice.
The yoga groups are an opportunity to practice yoga without any commitments - everyone gives as much as they can and comes as they are able.

Yoga 1 on 1 - online

In a 1 on 1 yoga session, we can create a programme tailored to you.  
As a supplement to the yoga group, as an introduction to the world of yoga or as part of your coaching programme. Yoga can be a helpful practice to get more out of your head and into your body and to get to know yourself in a new way.
